This is me
I have been in the construction industry all my working life. From humble beginnings as a building technician studying on day release for my ONC and HNC in Building Studies and finally my Construction Management degree, I have enjoyed several roles in the construction process including production control, estimating and contracts management.
During my career i have worked for national main contractors on commercial schemes, small family builders on smaller commercial schemes and private residential extensions and medium sized contractors in both private and commercial sectors.
The experience i have gained over my career within the varied roles and size of contractor has given me invaluable insight into how schemes are successful and also how they can go wrong without the correct level of knowledge and in depth experience and understanding of the sometimes complex pre-construction and construction process.
I believe i bring the required knowledge and communication skills to cost, advise, manage and help deliver schemes of various sizes from drawing stage through to completion.
